All sales are final; Unsatisfactory items must be returned within 14 days after receipt with prior RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by SWD Import Export Co., Ltd.

Packaging and return instructions;

The SWDGems sales team will inform you of packaging and return instructions upon providing you RMA number.

You will receive reimbursement after we have received the merchandise back at full amount excluded the shipping fee and handling charge (include clearance fee, tax import, and bank charge)

Merchandise we will not allow to be returned

Any item with "price per lot" is lower than US$100
Any item in sale category

Damage or Breakage

If there is any damage or breakage, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please send us, by mail or e-mail, a photo of the damaged pieces and a copy of your invoice (we need this to show our insurance agent).
